Here is the process:

  1. Before joining, please read our “Who are we?” page and “FAQs” to get a sense of what we are about. Also, please give us a call before you send us any money so we can get to know each other better before you complete your application.
  2. Read our Terms and Conditions
  3. Sign the Insurance Waiver (easiest way is through BunnyDoc) – You will need to attach the signed PDF of the waiver as part of the checkout process below.
  4. Pay the amount and submit your application.
  5. Your application will be reviewed and, once approved, you will become a member.

Membership Level change

You have selected the Larger Round Table - Public Events & Newsletter membership level.

Always free to join! You are welcome to be a part of the Larger Round Table community. Great for folks with kids in school or other commitments. This membership allows you to login and gain access to view and register for events open to the general public - Like park days, and certain game days or other events held in public spaces. You'll also be able to opt-in to our public newsletter. We will drop you an e-mail now and then, like when we are hosting public events, doing Open Enrollment for the coming term, or launching a special winter or summer program. We won't spam you - You'll only ever receive e-mails from us in categories you've specifically opt-ed in for. Note: You will not have access to our Members Only Calendar. These are group specific events like field trips, seasonal/holiday parties, camping trips - Generally the types of events that are attendance restricted and/or are sponsored by Round Table (paid for by our membership fees).
